Dario Scoppelletti built the “Puzzle 15” App (the “App”) as a free App. The App is provided by Dario Scoppelletti at no cost and is intended for use as is.
If you choose to use the App, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this Policy. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the App. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
You can stop all collection of information by the App easily by uninstalling the App. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
The App does not make any use or collection of personally identifiable information about you.
We want to inform you that whenever you use the App, in case of an error in the App, we collect data and information (through third party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your devices’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, configuration of the App when utilising it, the time and date of your use of the App, and other statistics.

The App do not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 16. In the case we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
